Membership in TAPNET is available for Texas Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors (LCDC), LCDC Counselor Interns (LCDC-I), and TCBAP Certified Counselors.

Please note that fees for TAPNET membership are $15 per year and correspond with license renewal periods.  All fees are non-refundable.

Membership in TAPNET is free for members of the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (TAAP) as a membership benefit.  If you are a member of TAAP you are automatically enrolled in TAPNET and a quarterly list is sent to DSHS showing your membership.

All others please join by choosing an option below.  You will need to have your LCDC, LCDC-I Counselor Intern, or TCBAP license/certification number to join.

LCDC Membership ($30 valid for two years)
    

LCDC membership is for members who are Texas Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors.  LCDC membership is for a period of two years and the fee is $30 ($15 per year).
Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) membership ($75 valid for 5 years)
    

Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) membership is for members who are Texas Counselor Interns for LCDC.  Membership at the Counselor Intern level is for five years and the fee is $75 ($15 per year).
TCBAP Certified Professional Membership ($30 valid for two years)
    

TCBAP Certified Professional membership is for members who are certified through the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals (AAC, ADC, CPS, CCS, CCJP, CCGC, CCDS) and ARE NOT currently certified as an LCDC or Counselor Intern (LCDC-I).  If you hold both a TCBAP certification and an LCDC, you should select the LCDC member level.  TCBAP Certified Professional membership is for a period of two years and the fee is $30 ($15 per year).
